Culture Shock Chronicles
Journal Entry #14 – I am entering new territory today. I have traveled out of the country on several short term mission trips in the past, but never for more than 14 days at a time. Today is day 16. I am usually very ready to be back home by this time, but the feeling is much different on this occasion. In the short time I have been here, I have managed to secure a driver’s license, negotiate a contract for a place to rent, secure health and car insurance, and begin language classes. Having these things accomplished and a place that we will be able to call home has really had a positive effect on me, mentally. So, from here, I will boldly go where I have never been before …..

Troy, sounds like you are making good progress there in Paraguay! A little organization and the setting of priorities, will cause each of us less stress. Looks like you are employing both of these attributes quite well!
May the Lord bless your ministry there!
