Lord of the Rings
I agree with Stephen that Lord of the Rings is by far my favorite movie. Great theme, no bad language or sexual innuendo, etc. Stephen, you should take the time to read the books, for they are definitely better than the movies (and that’s saying a lot).
The Hobbit is a nice little book, too, though on a completely different level…it is supposed to be currently in production as a movie (2 actually…one covering The Hobbit and another that would basically serve as a prequel to LOTR), with several of the same actors and production crew. It keeps running into snags in production (some legal, some labor, etc.), so we’ll see if all of us LOTR fans ever get to see that.
