Atheists growing in number – JAM
This is Just-a-minute with Ed Boggess. Atheism is on the rise and one reason is their passion to spread cynicism and unbelief. They claim there are biblical examples of God being unjust and capricious. But there is a fundamental difference between believers and atheists in the way they treat the Bible. A skeptic searches for any Bible example for which there is no apparent explanation (in spite of many others for which there is adequate explanation) and finding one, he declares he is justified in whatever charge he brings against God and his own faithlessness. On the other hand, a believer searches the Bible examples and finds adequate explanations for many and on that basis chooses to trust that God is wise, just and good in those he cannot explain and that he is vindicated in his choice of faith. As for me and my household, I choose faith.

Atheism feels good to sinful people. The more our culture condones sin the more atheism will grow.
Matthew 7:13-14 “(13)“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. (14)Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”

“Atheism feels good to sinful people.”
My atheism doesn’t feel good or bad. And I laugh at your concept of ‘sin’.
Things are good or bad depending on how they impact other people, and shouldn’t based on the arbitrary distinction of some other being, regardless if that being exists or not.
