I haven’t been participating but I’ve already listened to the entire Bible once this year and I am now in the second part of Psalms on the way to doing so again. Keep up the good work, Richard! Keep people in the Word!
Thanks for the encouragement, Richard. I like listening, too, but I’m doing my best to keep this a read only. It’s funny how much more I catch when I’m reading, especially at a moderate pace. How one takes in information is obviously a very individual thing. Combining both reading and listening is very helpful to me. Everyone needs to find what works best for them just like you have.
True. Several times I have read the New Testament in one month. I’ve listened to the New Testament 40 times or so. This is my second for the Old Testament because I’ve never owned a copy of the OT on CD. Earlier this year, I purchased the entire NKJV on Audible for $10. Couldn’t pass that up!
